of grief with a book that tells her story. Now
with this superb collection of strategies, activities and
exercises, this new book, New Day: Grief Recovery
Workbook can help us self-reflect, increase awareness
and somehow go on through the darkness of grief
and loss. This collection is invaluable for grievers and
helping professionals alike.

Through her personal insights and firsthand experience,
Dr. DeLeon does a thorough job of describing
the journey through grief after loss. Those in similar
